About me.

With 7 years of academic research experience in evolutionary cancer biology, regenerative medicine and human genetics, I utilise medical and scientific findings to help you achieve your goals, through a wide range of training styles to best suit your needs and hobbies.

We all have lives that promote an increasingly sedentary lifestyle, leading to chronic pain or health issues that make the day-to-day harder. I use medical research and experience to address these problems through a custom training programme. My services aim to: rehabilitate injuries; improve functional strength and endurance; improve functional movements; and build a strong foundation for continued progression.
